Keep your Mac awake for exactly as long as you need
Drag the ring around the power button to set a time. When it runs out, your Mac goes back to sleeping as usual.
- Any time from 5 minutes to 8 hours
- All the way round means “until I stop”
- 30 minutes, 1, 2 and 4 hours snap into place
- The ring counts down while your Mac stays awake
- Set it like a kitchen timer
- Grab the ring around the power button and drag it round. The time follows your finger, and the common ones, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours and 4 hours, pull it in so you can land on them without trying.
- Or don't set a time at all
- Drag past 8 hours to the top of the ring and Pulsida keeps your Mac awake until you turn it off yourself.
- Nothing to remember afterwards
- When the timer ends, your Mac simply goes back to its normal sleep. You don't have to come back and switch anything off, and you won't find your battery drained the next morning.
